Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
After Dark: Street War (“the game”) is made by Vibkings Global Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the game collects, why, who else can see it, and how to get it deleted. It covers the Android and iOS versions of the game and nothing else.
If you only want the short version: you can play the whole game without giving us anything. An account is optional, and the only reason to create one is so your progress survives a new phone.
1. What the game collects
If you play as a guest (no account)
- An anonymous player id. A random identifier created on your device so the game can save your progress to our server. It is not linked to your name, email or phone.
- Your game progress. Coins, cars, upgrades, missions completed, scores, settings.
- A display name, if you set one. You choose it; it defaults to “PLAYER”.
If you create an account
Everything above, plus:
- Your email address, so you can sign in again on another phone and recover your progress.
- A password, which we never see. It is handled by our sign-in provider and stored as a cryptographic hash, not as text.
Always
- Settings and progress on your own device. Saved locally on your phone so the game works offline. This never leaves your phone unless you have an account.
What the game never collects
We do not ask for and do not collect your real name, your address, your phone number, your location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone or your camera. The game requests no special Android or iOS permissions. We do not run our own analytics or tracking, and we do not build a profile of you.
2. Adverts
The game shows adverts. Watching one is optional and always your choice — you can play, finish every mission and earn every car without watching a single advert.
Adverts are supplied by Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and the advertising networks it works with. To show adverts and to count them, these companies may collect device information and advertising identifiers, such as your device’s advertising ID, device model, operating system version, country and approximate connection type. This is collected by them, under their own privacy policies, not by us — we never receive it.
You can limit this on your own device:
- Android: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads ▸ Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalisation).
- iOS: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking, and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.

3. Why we collect it
Only for these reasons:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Player id, progress, save file | So your cars, coins and missions are there when you come back, and on a new phone |
| Email and password | So you can prove the account is yours and get your progress back |
| Display name | So there is a name on the leaderboard and on rival cars |
| Scores | So the leaderboards work |
| Purchase records | So we can help you if a purchase goes wrong, and handle refunds |
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for advertising or marketing.
4. Who can see what
- Your display name and level are public inside the game. They appear on leaderboards and on the name tags of computer-controlled rival cars. Choose a name you are happy for other players to see — do not use your real full name if you would rather not.
- Your email is never shown to other players. Nobody but you and us can see it.
- Your scores are public on the leaderboards, next to your display name.
Everything else — your save, your coins, your purchases — is visible only to you.
5. Where it is stored
Progress and accounts are stored with Supabase, our backend provider, on servers they operate. Adverts are handled by Unity LevelPlay as described above. Depending on where you live, your data may be stored or processed in a country other than your own, including the United States.

6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it. Guest progress that has not been used for a long time may be removed.
7. Deleting your data
You can delete everything we hold about you. Two ways:
- In the game: open ACCOUNT and sign out, then clear the app’s data or uninstall the game. That removes the copy on your phone. To remove the copy on our server as well, use the email below.
- By email: write to the address in section 10 from the email address on your account, asking for your data to be deleted. We will delete your profile, your save, your scores and your account within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Deleting is permanent. Your cars, coins and progress cannot be recovered afterwards.
You can also ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
8. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change what the game collects, we will change this policy and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so in the game before it takes effect.
