Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Vibkings Global Limited (“we”, “us”) about your use of After Dark: Street War (“the game”). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not install the game.

1. The game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own, for your own entertainment. The game, its code, its art, its sounds and its name remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy it, sell it, rent it, take it apart, reverse-engineer it, or publish modified versions of it.

The game is free to play.

2. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one:

• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
• Give us a real email address. It is the only way to get your progress back if you lose your phone.
• Choose a display name that is not offensive, not impersonating someone else, and not a brand you do not own. We may change or remove a name that breaks this, and tell you why.
• One person, one account. Do not share accounts.

We can suspend or close an account that is used to cheat, to abuse other players, or to break these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

3. Coins, cars and anything else in the game

Coins, cars, upgrades and every other item in the game are not your property and have no real-world value. They are a licence to use a feature inside the game, and that licence ends when your account or the game ends. You may not sell, trade or transfer them outside the game, and we do not recognise any such sale.

We may change prices, rewards and how much things cost to balance the game. We will not take away something you have already unlocked in order to sell it back to you.

4. Fair play

Do not:

• Use modified clients, bots, macros, memory editors or anything else that gives you an advantage the game does not offer.
• Submit scores you did not earn by playing, or interfere with the leaderboards.
• Attack, overload or probe our servers.

Scores are checked on our servers. Scores that could not have been earned by playing are removed, and accounts that keep submitting them are closed.

5. Adverts

The game shows adverts, some of which you choose to watch for a reward. If an advert fails to load or fails to finish, you do not get the reward — that is how the advert networks report it, and it is not something we can override. Nothing important in the game is locked behind watching an advert.

6. Purchases

If and when the game offers paid items, they are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and those stores’ terms and refund rules apply — not ours. We do not take your card details and never see them. For a refund, go to the store you bought from.

Paid items are licences under section 3, like everything else in the game.

7. If the game stops

We may change the game, or stop running it and its servers, at any time. If we shut the game down for good, we will give reasonable notice where we can. Because everything in the game is a licence rather than property, you are not entitled to compensation for items or progress when that happens.

8. What we do not promise

The game is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be free of faults, available without interruption, or compatible with every device. We make no promise that your progress can always be recovered — keep in mind that a guest with no account has no server copy at all.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost in-game items.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the game. Playing on after a change means you accept it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction. This does not take away rights you have as a consumer in the country you live in.
